Arrival and installation of connected food waste smart bin in Lyceé Hotelier Dinard
On Tuesday 23rd January 2024, we travelled to Paris and met Eric Le Duigou, Executive Chef of the Mayo. He explained to us how hemanaged to reduce food waste from the restaurant's buffets, with this Orbisk connected scale.
We just have received our connected scale last week and we are excited to try it in our brasserie restaurant!!
