Smo konzorcij petih poklicnih in visokošolskih Evropskih šol, ki se navdušujejo nad gojenjem hrane, zmanjševanjem količine zavržene hrane in krožnega gospodarjenja.

O FoodTuristic

Projekt FoodTuristic obravnava pomanjkanje učnega načrta zelene tehnologije v evropskih kulinaričnih in gostinskih šolah, ki so se tradicionalno bolj osredotočale na gastronomijo in veščine vodenja gostinstva. Namen projekta je razviti digitalne vire za učitelje in študente v hotelskih in kulinaričnih šolah v štirih partnerskih državah za zmanjšanje živilskih odpadkov, razvoj veščin krožnega gospodarstva in lokalizacijo proizvodnje hrane. Projekt bo razvil tečaj poklicnega izobraževanja in usposabljanja, spletno mesto, mobilno aplikacijo in vodnik dobre prakse za odpravo vrzeli v zelenih veščinah v evropskih kulinaričnih in gostinskih šolah. Namen projekta je zmanjšati živilske odpadke, uporabiti živilske odpadke v novih tehnoloških sistemih za kompostiranje in uporabiti nove tehnologije za pridelavo primerne hrane na kraju samem. Veščine, ki so jih razvili uporabniki projektnih izhodov, bodo imele močan podedovan potencial in bodo koristile zmanjšanemu vplivu ogljika v šolah in industriji.
